Keke Palmer attended H&M’s celebration of their studio fall ’23 collection, held in Inglewood, Calif., yesterday. The event saw a host of star-studded attendees clad in the brand’s newly released wears inspired by film noir heroines.
Letting her feet breathe, Palmer stepped into a pair of metallic silver heeled sandals. The “Nope” star’s footwear featured subdued rounded toes and sturdy strap-heavy construction that sat over the top of her toes and around her ankles, securing the high-shine pair in place.
Additionally, the silver style featured buckle closures on the ankles and slightly elevated platform soles that transitioned into 3 to 4 inches stiletto heels, a conservative height for many heels. The raised soles, along with the stiletto heels, offered Palmer a significant boost in height, acting to lengthen her silhouette.
Going bold, the “True Jackson, VP” actress was outfitted in a patent black leather mini dress from H&M featuring a fitted composition and an appealing glossy finish. Overtop her dress, Palmer donned a sparkling denim jacket, also from H&M, in an oversized style that was worn off-the-shoulders to further spotlight her dress. The outerwear included metal button closures and rhinestone detailing that imparted a high-shine finish.
Playing off the silver shine of her shoes, Palmer sported a variety of silver jewelry pieces, including a statement necklace, which she wore with coordinating silver tinsel strung throughout her curly face-framing tresses. Even her eyelids featured a wash of silver reflective glitter. The dazzling touches gave Palmer’s ensemble a cohesive look.
For footwear, Palmer often gravitates towards bold pumps and sandals from Jimmy Choo, Christian Louboutin and Giuseppe Zanotti, among numerous top brands. The actress chooses more casual styles for her off-duty looks, regularly wearing sneakers by Vans and Nike. However, she’s also a supporter of independent designers like Isa Tapia and Jerome C. Rousseau.
